The Structure
The structure is made up with an assistance centre for our guests. All villas and apartments are located outside the service-centre at a distance of max m. 1.500.

  Apartments  PRICES
They are in multi family villas, in little houses on the ground or first floor or in little detached houses.

External Trilo 6 beds: a double room or a room with two beds, a room with two beds, a living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom, verandah or balcony.

External Villetta 6 beds: a double room or a room with two beds, a room with two beds, a living room with double sofabed, kitchenette, bathroom, verandah with and little garden.

Services outside the hotel–residence club (general information; the opening dates depend on the period):
Ice-cream shop at about m 200; bakery, grocer’s shop, butcher’s shop at about m 400; dishes to take away, tobacconist’s shop, bar, souvenir, supermarket at about m 700; pizzeria, restaurant, ice-cream shop, fishmonger’s shop, etc. at about m 2,000.

Arrivals: from 4.00 to 8.00 p.m
Departures: from 8.00 to 10.00 a.m
Reception: open from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 5.00 to 11.00 p.m

 THE price includes:

- Lease, assistance, consumptions (electricity, water, gas), end of stay cleaning (except kitchenette; penalty for dirty dishes, pots and pans: € 50,00), bed linen (weekly change)

 OPTIONAL EXTRAS (on request)

- Towels (1 bath towel, 1 towel, 1 small towel): € 5,00 per person per change (to be confirmed upon the booking);
- Extra change of bed linen: € 7,50 per change;
- Extra charge to have the air conditioner working 24/24h in the Bilos 4/5: € 70,00 per week and per apartment

„Long Holiday“: For 2-week-stays 20% Discount
„Groups“: For reservations of at least 3 apartments in the same order: 13% Discount
Against „Expensive-Euro“: For all typologies and in all periods, wit advanced booking, until end of availability: 10%Discount

The Discounts are not cumulative.
