The Structure

It is settled by a little hotel structure and 2-roomed apartments for 4 or 5 people, all with view on the sea, terrace or balcony of sq. mt.10, on the ground- or first floor, and 3-roomed apts for 6 people, on the ground floor, just 6 metres far from the beach, with a beautiful, about sq. m. 30 wide verandah . The Residence Centre is also settled by a reception, a private parking area, a TV corner, a reading room, a bar, a fast food-service, a sun terrace, bowls grounds, archery, beach volley, mini hotel club, stage, space for Latin-American dance, a beautiful garden and private, sandy beach.

Apartments Prices

Residence Bilo 4 beds (52 sq.m): A double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed (all beds have orthopaedic bed bases), kitchenette (kitchen furniture m 2,80, oven and refrigerator 280 litres), verandah or balcony (10 m²), double window-glass, authonomous heating and  air conditioner (tha air conditioner works from half June to half September, from 1 to 4 p.m., from 7 p.m to 3 a.m. and from 5 to 8 a.m.), safe, telephone, satellite-TV, bathroom with hydro massage shower, hair-dryer. A door separates the dining room from the bedroom and the bathroom. All apartments offer a view on the sea.

Residence Bilo 5 beds: They have the same structure as the Residence bilo 4 beds with a further single bed in the living room (which is 30 m² wide)

Residence Trilomare 6 beds (6 m far from the private beach): a double room or a room with two beds, a room with two beds, a living room with a double sofa bed, kitchenette, telephone, TV, safe, bathroom with shower with hydro-massage and hairdrier, orthopaedic bed-bases, 30 sq metres wide verandah.

Distance From The Beach
Descent to sea, with direct access to the private, sandy beach.

Services supplied outside the hotel – residence club (general information; the opening dates depend on the period):
Ice-cream shop at about m 200; bakery, grocer’s shop, butcher’s shop at about m 400; dishes to take away, tobacconist’s shop, bar, souvenir, supermarket at about m 700; pizzeria, restaurant, ice-cream shop, fishmonger’s shop, etc. at about m 2,000.

Arrivals:      from 4.00 to 8.00 p.m.
Departures: from 8.00 to 10.00 a.m.
Reception:   open from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 5.00 to 11.00 p.m.
